Midland Odessa Urban Transit District (EZ-Rider) fixed route buses travel in loops out of the Downtown Transfer Plaza located at Texas & Fort Worth (located directly off of Front).
In Odessa, the Downtown Transfer Plaza is located at 5th Lincoln (across the street from Ector County Library).

The Midland Odessa Urban Transit District (EZ-Rider) demand response paratransit service can help too. Call for an application
