EZ-Rider hereby announces its fiscal year 2024 - 2026 goal of 0% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) bidding opportunities. The proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the EZ-Rider Office located at: 10300 Younger Road Midland, TX 79706 for 45 days from the date of this publication.
Comments on DBE goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this publication and can be sent in writing to the following contacts. Persons wishing to speak on the goal may also address the Transit Board at its meeting on Wednesday, August 30.

MOUTD Title VI Notice and Program
Title VI Notice to the Public and Information Dissemination
EZ-Rider and the Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District (MOUTD) hereby give public notice of its policy to uphold and assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes. Title VI and related statutes prohibiting discrimination in federally assisted programs require that no person in the United States of America shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice regarding EZ- Rider's program has a right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and submitted to EZ-Rider's Title VI Coordinator within 180 days following the date of the alleged occurrence.
