The Transit Board is comprised of six individuals from both cities, appointed by their respective City Councils.  The Board is the official governing agency of EZ RIDER, and approves the budget, routes, fares, schedules, policies and procedures, new services, etc.
 
 
Current members include:

Midland – Willie Barber, Raymond McCarthy, Guy McKenzie, John James, Karen York and Michael Trost.
 
Odessa – Thomas Blackstone, Dr. Susan Lara, Sally Russell, Griselda Flores, Manny Puga, and Barbara Graff.

The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month, at 12:00 p.m., at the Wright Office Complex, Suite 1, 9601 Wright Drive, Midland, TX, which is located near the airport.
