The Transit Board is comprised of six individuals from both cities, appointed by their respective City Councils.  The Board is the official governing agency of EZ RIDER, and approves the budget, routes, fares, schedules, policies and procedures, new services, etc.
 
 
Current members include:
 
Midland – Willie Barber, Raymond McCarthy, Willie Tarleton, John James, Karen York and Michael Trost.
 
Odessa – Thomas Blackstone, Terry Louvin, Sally Russell, Griselda Flores, Manny Puga, and Roy Gentry.

The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month, at 12:00 p.m., at the Wright Office Complex, Suite 1, 9601 Wright Drive, Midland, TX, which is located near the airport.
