The Transit Board is comprised of six individuals from both cities, appointed by their respective City Councils.  The Board is the official governing agency of EZ RIDER, and approves the budget, routes, fares, schedules, policies and procedures, new services, etc.
 
Current members include:
 
Midland – Carole Wayland (Vice Chairman), Nancy Chappell, David Eggleston, Lois Harrington, Floyd Ivy and Willie Tarleton
 
Odessa – Brent Clayton (Chairman), Thomas Blackstone, Eric Easley, Griselda Flores (Secretary), Roy Gentry and Roy Platner
 
The Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month, at 3:00 p.m., at the Wright Office Complex, Suite 1, 9601 Wright Drive, Midland, TX, which is located near the airport. 

Meetings are open to the public.
